'Twin more info Peaks' Season 3, Episode 2 Recap: Already Too Many Red Herrings?

As hard to follow as the original Twin Peaks series could be, the new season has a 25-year gap to fill in, plus a bevy of new locales far beyond the Pacific Northwest as well as plenty of distractingly awesome cameos. The second part of the premiere of the rebooted third season ties up a semi-satisfying amount of loose ends from the first KnockOff Handbags part: we find out, for example, why T_win Peaks_ now has plotlines in New York related site City and North Dakota.
